MIDAS (hereafter referred to as “Company”) treats the personal information of its customers with great importance and abides by Japanese laws regarding the protection of information, also known as the Personal Information Protection Act.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Company manages personal information, how it is collected and what it is used for, as well as measures taken to protect users’ privacy.

After collection, the data will be transferred to a separate database (in case of written documents, it will be transferred to a different document) and after it has served its purpose, the data will be stored for a period of time and then discarded based on internal policies as well as relevant laws and ordinances.

Personal information transferred to a different database will not be preserved or used for other purposes unless required by law.

In principle, the Company does not turn over collected personal information to third parties unless
